<h4>Return Shipping</h4>
<p>Unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.</p>
<h4>Refunds</h4>
<p>Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.</p>
