If your Napattiga order is not right, contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm eligibility and the correct return process.

15-day request window

Our current refund policy allows you to request a return within 15 days after receiving your item. To be eligible, an item generally must be in the same condition in which it was received, unused, with original packaging where applicable, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Personal-care products

Because Napattiga products are used on hair and skin, hygiene matters. Opened or used personal-care products may not be eligible for return unless the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or return rights are otherwise required by applicable law.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged in transit, or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly and include photographs when useful so we can assess the issue.

How to request a return

Email service@napattiga.com with your order number, checkout email, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the request. Do not send a return without instructions from our customer-care team.

Refunds

If a return is approved, we will explain the return instructions. After the returned item is received and inspected, an approved refund is generally issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit.
