Which product should I start with?

Herbal Shampoo is built around root and scalp care, with guava leaf, hydrolyzed silk and coconut oil. Thai Body Wash is the full-size daily cleansing ritual, centered on a seven-herb Siam infusion and coconut oil. Herbal Soap is the compact, travel-friendly cleansing ritual with shea butter and botanicals. Nourishing Body Cream is the post-shower sealing step with rice bran oil, shea butter, niacinamide, centella, panthenol and a five-ceramide complex.

How do I build a simple Napattiga ritual?

For a morning reset, cleanse hair with Herbal Shampoo as needed and use Thai Body Wash on wet skin. For an evening unwind, cleanse with Thai Body Wash or Herbal Soap, then massage Nourishing Body Cream onto clean, slightly damp skin.

Can I use the Herbal Soap on hands and body?

Yes. Work the bar into a foam on damp hands or skin, cleanse, and rinse well. Let the bar dry between uses to help it last longer.

How should I use the Body Cream?

Massage it onto clean, damp skin after bathing, concentrating on areas that feel dry. The formula is designed as the final moisturizing step in the ritual.

What if my skin or scalp is sensitive?

Individual responses vary. Review the ingredient list before use and consider a small patch test when trying a new cosmetic product. Discontinue use if irritation occurs and seek professional medical advice when appropriate.

How long does shipping take?

Our current shipping policy states that orders are generally processed in 2–5 business days, with estimated delivery typically 5–12 business days after processing. Actual timing can vary by destination, carrier, season, and circumstances outside our control.

What is the return window?

Our current refund policy provides a 15-day window to request a return after receiving your item, subject to eligibility and product condition. For hygiene and safety, opened or used personal-care products may not be eligible unless they are defective, damaged, or otherwise covered by applicable law.

How do I get help with an order?
