Processing

Orders are generally prepared for shipment within 2–5 business days. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Estimated delivery

After processing, estimated delivery is generally 5–12 business days. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and can change because of destination, carrier networks, peak periods, customs, weather, or other events outside our control.

Shipping charges and availability

Available shipping methods and charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order. If a destination or service is unavailable, checkout will reflect the options currently supported by the store.

Address changes

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. If you notice an error, contact service@napattiga.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered fulfillment.

Delays, damage, or missing parcels

If a delivery appears substantially delayed, arrives damaged, or is marked delivered but cannot be located, contact us with your order number. We may ask for photos or carrier information so we can review the situation.
